Authenticity Verification of Certificate

You can check the authenticity of documents issued by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the Korea Medical Device Safety Information Service
* Issued documents: Medical device manufacturing (import) business license, medical device manufacturing (import) license, medical device manufacturing (import) certificate, medical device manufacturing (import) certificate, medical device clinical test institution designation certificate, medical device technical document, medical device clinical test plan approval, test device confirmation certificate. In vitro diagnostic medical device clinical performance test plan approval, in vitro diagnostic test certificate of clinical laboratory, medical device non-clinical laboratory designation certificate, GMP conformity certificate

method1 After entering the issuance number at the top right of the certificate, click on the OK button.
method2 Use the barcode at the bottom of the certificate to check the original.
Click “Download Original Verification Program for Scanner” on the main screen of the electronic complaint (only when you have a scanner)
